Akua (/’Ah-Kwee-Yah/.) is an FCIPD HR professional with over 10- years’ experience of delivering end-to-end HR and Talent processes in rapidly scaling, high performing businesses. Based in London, Akua is well known for coaching, nurturing a people-centred culture whilst driving performance in fast-paced and agile environments.
